This kiridashi is made out of 52100 carbon steel it has a satin finish. The handle is stabilized maple burl with canvas micarta liners, blue carbon fiber insert and steel pins. The handle length and shape allow the blade to be handled comfortably in a pen style grip and regular grip. It also includes a handmade leather sheath.
