The blade is made out of 1095 carbon steel it has an etched and polished finish which reveals the hamon in the steel. The handle is stabilized chestnut with micarta liners, brass/copper/steel/carbon fiber mosaic campfire pin and copper pin. It comes with a handmade leather sheath.
